Another album
HERE'S ANOTHER album all set to pop up on the shelves in music stores around South India. Tamil pop
album `Kasada Thapara,' was soft-launched last week. Six years and 350 songs had finally culminated in an
album for Hyderabad-based music director Bharath Kumar a.k.a. Maha. Maha's album features a young
breed of singers. "Our efforts have finally borne fruit. Maha has worked very hard on it," says
Sridharan Vijay, singer, who opens the album with `Adi Un Meethu.' The other singers include Maha
himself, Ilango, Harini, Sriram and Mani. Maha hopes to get a break in films with his foray into pop. The
album, produced by Maa Productions, Hyderabad, was released by Boom Audio. By Sudhish Kamath
